Full details of the Webinar Series, broadcast times and access to online material, will be sent to you within 2 days of confirmation of your booking.
We do not accept bookings without full payment.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a webinar broadcast, we will reschedule this broadcast for the same day and time the following week. If we have to cancel a whole webinar series we will refund your payment in full.
With regards to webinars, payments will be refunded, in full, for cancellations for the whole webinar package made at least 2 weeks before the first broadcast. Cancellations made less that 2 weeks before a first webinar broadcast will not be refunded, but will be offered a credit note for the whole webinar series on the next occasion it runs. Please note once the webinar series has begun we cannot refund for any individual webinars, which you will be able to view from our video platform, for one month from the broadcast date.
Following a webinar you will be given a unique code to access the broadcast on our video platform. This unique code is only for use of the purchaser, and its unauthorised inclusion in any social media is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright infringement. In this case we will remove access to future broadcasts and a refund will not be given.
We are not financially responsible for any of the participant’s expenses associated with the booking.
The organisers reserve the right to change webinar content or substitute lecturers without advance notice.
The organisers hold no responsibility for the contents and clinical application of the material taught on the webinars.
Certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the webinar series.
